3. Editorial Independence & Venue Disclaimers

No Warranty of Admission: Indexhappystck cannot guarantee venue entry. All individual club managers and door personnel reserve the sovereign right of admission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Belgrade, Serbia.
